2. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of S & C Ford, Inc. <br />is, and each of them are, hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 3. All bids other than the aforementioned bid of S & C Ford, Inc. are <br />hereby rejected. <br /> <br /> 4.
