0 R I G I N A L ._~ 19/12/98 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13472 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE MUNICIPAL SERVICE CENTER PERIMETER FENCE <br /> REPLACEMENT PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Municipal Service Center <br />Perimeter Fence Replacement Project in the City of Redwood City, California, <br />have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />Municipal Service Center - Perimeter Fence Replacement Project - City of <br />Redwood City, California", prepared by the Department of Public Works <br />Services, a copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the City <br />Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
