<br />DAS:sn 3/19/87 (#19) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.I0465 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAR 2 3 1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR HANDICAP RAMP PROGRAM - <br />FISCAL YEAR 1986-87; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY <br />DEPOSITS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 10435, adopted by the <br /> <br />City Council of the City of Redwood City on February 23, 1987, <br /> <br />the City Clerk called for bids for the Handicap Ramp Program - <br /> <br />Fiscal Year 1986-87; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received for the <br /> <br />performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, AMBO Engineering, Inc., Union City, California, is <br /> <br />the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire <br /> <br />of this Council to award said bid to AMBO Engineering, Inc.; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of AMBO Engineering, Inc. in the sum of <br /> <br />Twenty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Fourteen and 99/100 Dollars <br /> <br />($26,914.99), computed in accordance with bidder's proposal dated <br /> <br />March 17, 1987, for Handicap Ramp Program - Fiscal Year 1986-87, <br /> <br />is hereby found and declared to be the lowest bidder for said <br /> <br />work. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled II Agreement Handicap Ramp Program - <br /> <br />Fiscal Year 1986-8711, by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />AMBO Engineering, Inc. for the performance of said work in <br /> <br />10465 <br />
