<br />herein set for said hearing and the second shall be at least five days after the first. Said <br />notice shall be headed "NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING" and shall, in legible characters, <br />state and contain the fact and date of the adoption of said Resolution of Intention, the filing <br />of the Report, and all of the following: <br />(a) the time, place and purpose of the hearing on said Resolution of <br />Intention and Report; <br />(b) a statement of the total estimated cost of the proposed reassessment <br />and refunding; <br />(c) the amount, as shown by the Report. to be reassessed against the <br />particular parcels in the district; <br />(d) a statement that any person interested may file a protest in writing as <br />provided in Division 11.5 of the Streets and Highways Code; and <br />(e) reference to said Resolution of Intention and Report for further <br />particulars. <br />5. Said Clerk shall also cause notice of said hearing to be mailed, postage <br />prepaid, at least twenty days before the date herein set for said hearing, to all persons <br />owning real property to be reassessed whose names and addresses appear on the last <br />equalized assessment roll for general taxes or are known to said Clerk. Said notices shall <br />contain, in addition to the matters provided above for the notice to be published, the <br />specific amount, as shown by the Report, to be reassessed against the particular parcel <br />covered by each such notice, respectively.
