<br />DAS:sn 3/12/87 <br /> <br />(#19) <br /> <br />after ninety (90) days but within three hundred sixty-five (365) <br /> <br />days from Notice to Proceed, is hereby found to be the lowest <br /> <br /> <br />bid; and Ralph Larsen and Son, Inc. is hereby declared to be the <br /> <br /> <br />lowest bidder for Project. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement Redwood City Library", by <br /> <br />and between the City of Redwood City and Ralph Larsen and Son, <br /> <br /> <br />Inc., for the performance of said work in accordance with the <br /> <br /> <br />abovementioned bid proposal a copy of which agreement is <br /> <br />presently on file in the office of the City Clerk to which <br /> <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the <br /> <br />terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br />3. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of the <br /> <br /> <br />aforemention Ralph Larsen and Son, Inc. is hereby waived. <br /> <br /> <br />4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br /> <br />upon execution by it of the contract for the performance of said <br /> <br /> <br />work, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon <br /> <br /> <br />award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
