<br />DAS:Sh <br />DAS : ~ <br /> <br />10/01/86 <br />03/05/87R <br /> <br />(#18) <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0453 <br /> <br />MAR 1 6 1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />MUNICIPAL RESOURCE CONSULTANTS RELATING TO SALES TAX <br />AUDIT/INFORMATION SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a consultant for <br /> <br />sales tax audit services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage <br /> <br />Municipal Resource Consultants of Fresno and Westlake Village, <br /> <br />California to perform such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />its approval for Municipal Resource Consultants to provide the <br /> <br />abovementioned services to City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Municipal Resource Consultants entitled "Agreement Sales <br /> <br />Tax Audit Services", (form dated 10/01/86) attached hereto, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement, with attestation by the City <br /> <br />Clerk, for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10453 <br />
