<br />3 ~ .~ ") .-" I "c', ' (\ '"~ .~ 1, c; ) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10435 <br /> <br />--- <br /> <br />Ffa 23 1987 <br />OD1f'\F 1 'IL <br />l\ 11..11 )>i/i . <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR HANDICAP RAMP PROGRAM - FISCAL <br />1986-87; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />AND <br />YEAR <br />BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for Handicap Ramp Program - fiscal year 1986-87 in <br /> <br />order to install wheelchair ramps at key intersections throughout <br /> <br />the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such <br /> <br />program; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents and specifications <br /> <br />entitled "Handicap Ramp Program - Fiscal Year 1986-87", including <br /> <br />all plans and drawings referenced therein, prepared in the office <br /> <br />of the City Engineer and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
