<br />DAS:sD 2/19/87 <br /> <br />(#19) <br /> <br />10434 <br /> <br />FEa 23 1987 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT RELATING TO USE FOR <br />BRIDGE PURPOSES OF CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, W.W. Dean and Associates, Inc., has requested that <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City grant a revocable encroachment permit <br /> <br />for certain City-owned real property (a fifty (50) feet wide <br /> <br />interior waterway which runs between Shell Drive and Marine World <br /> <br />Parkway in the City of Redwood City, as depicted on Exhibit "A", <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference) for <br /> <br />two (2) pedestrian bridges; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said pedestrian bridges would provide access <br /> <br />between Boardwalk Subdivision No. 1 and Boardwalk Subdivision No. <br /> <br />2; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />grant a revocable encroachment permit permitting such use, <br /> <br />subject to certain designated terms and conditions; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />revocable <br /> <br />encroachment <br /> <br />permit <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Revocable Permit for Two Pedestrian Bridges at Boardwalk <br /> <br />Subdivision No. 1 and Boardwalk Subdivision No.2" (form dated <br /> <br />2/19/87), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California, and W.W. Dean and <br /> <br />\1 (1' " <br />v''-! 't~~ <br /> <br />.. <br />
