<br />DES:o"':'k 2/17/87 <br /> <br />(#19) <br /> <br />Heights Sewer Maintenance District, shall be the source of <br /> <br />treatment capacity for sewage emanating from the Annexing <br /> <br />Territory, and treatment capacity rights allocated to the County <br /> <br />of San Mateo pursuant to the Capacity Agreement shall not be the <br /> <br />source of treatment capacity for the Annexing Territory. <br /> <br />3. The Annexing Territory is all that certain real property <br /> <br />si tuate in the County of San Mateo, State of California, more <br /> <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel "1" as shown on that certain map entitled <br />"Parcel Map No. 77-4, BEING A RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 5, <br />6 and 7 in BLOCK 509, HIGHLANDS OF EMERALD LAKE NO.5", <br />filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo <br />County, State of California on March 29, 1977, in Book <br />36 of Parcel Maps at page 1. <br /> <br />(APN 068-213-180) <br /> <br />4. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />that certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />the County of San Mateo, and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer <br /> <br />Maintenance District entitled, "Supplemental Agreement No. 10 to <br /> <br />Agreement for Sewage Transmission, Treatment and Disposal of <br /> <br />Sani tary Sewerage By and Between the City of Redwood City, the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer <br /> <br />Maintenance District" in the form of Exhibit "I" hereof, attached <br /> <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />5.
