9/28/98 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13468 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE RE-ROOFING AND ALTERATIONS AT THE FAIR OAKS <br /> COMMUNITY CENTER AND INFANT CARE CENTER; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Re-roofing and Alterations at the <br />Fair Oaks Community Center and Infant Care Center, Redwood City, California, <br />have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> the Re-Roofing and Alterations at the Fair Oaks Community Center & Infant <br /> Center - City of Redwood City, California", prepared by the Department of <br /> Community Development Services/Engineering and Construction, a copy of <br /> which documents are on file in the office of the Manager, Engineering and <br /> Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
