<br />DAS: sh <br />DAS:sh <br /> <br />9/15/86 <br />lO/02/86R <br />FIB 23 1987 <br />c...... <br />'-,',," l"'." <br />,duidAL' <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10Ll:~9 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF <br />MACDONALD MANOR SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID <br />SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING AN OFFER TO DEDICATE PUBLIC <br />SERVICE EASEMENTS AND EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including the public service <br /> <br />easements and emergency access easements described therein) of <br /> <br />Macdonald Manor subdivision in the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />prepared <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />Carroll/Resources <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />& <br /> <br />Management, <br /> <br />consul tant for David J. Macdonald and Pauline M. Macdonald dba <br /> <br />David J. Macdonald Real Estate, owners of record of said <br /> <br />subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director of Public <br /> <br />Works as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is <br /> <br />approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owners" shall mean the owners or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the <br />Improvement of Macdonald Manor Subdivision" wherein Owners, <br />in consideration of the approval of said map by City, shall <br />agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br />said agreement, all improvements required of Owners under <br />the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said <br />City, and such other improvements designated or mentioned in <br />said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the Owners shall furnish to City and file with <br />the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful performance of said Owners of all work and <br />construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in <br /> <br />10429- <br />
