<br />DAS:sP 2/09/87 <br /> <br />(#19) <br /> <br />FES 23 1987 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />!i2.10426 <br /> <br />ORIGI NAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND WILSEY & <br />HAM FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING TO THE <br />RECONSTRUCTION OF ROOSEVELT AVENUE - PHASE II <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a consultant to <br /> <br />perform certain services, including, but not limited to serveys, <br /> <br />mapping, design services, preparation of improvement plans, <br /> <br />contract documents, preconstruct ion support and coordination <br /> <br />services, relating to reconstruction of Roosevelt Avenue - Phase <br /> <br />II; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Wilsey & <br /> <br />Ham of Foster City, California to perform such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />its approval for Wilsey & Ham to provide the abovementioned <br /> <br />services to City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Wilsey & Ham entitled "Agreement for Engineering <br /> <br />Services for Reconstruction of Roosevelt Avenue - Phase II" (form <br /> <br />dated 2/9/87), attached hereto, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement, with attestation by the City Clerk, for and on behalf <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />1 0 II 0 ~.'. <br />I..J_ I' '" <br />~~!
