<br />DAS:sh 2/19/87 <br /> <br />(#19) <br />FEH 23 /987 <br /> <br />~'~~ ~!n <br />UiIjh/~!/l'L <br />....n~/"i <br />RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR WEED ABATEMENT BY <br />SPRAYING AND DISKING; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY <br />DEPOSITS <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0425 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 10406, adopted by the <br /> <br />Council of the City of Redwood City on January 20, 1987, the City <br /> <br />Clerk called for bids for weed abatement by spraying and disking; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call one (1), bid was received and <br /> <br />filed with the City Clerk for the furnishing of weed abatement by <br /> <br />spraying and disking; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Any and all bids requested pursuant to Resolution No. <br /> <br />10406, adopted January 20, 1987, are rejected. <br /> <br />2.
