The Building at 406 Cedar Street is determined to be a <br /> <br />public nuisance because such building endangers the life, health, <br /> <br />property and safety of the occupants of such building and affects <br /> <br />the health and safety of the neighborhood and persons in the <br /> <br />surrounding vicinity of such structure. <br /> <br />2. The specific findings supporting the determination that <br /> <br />such building constitutes a public nuisance are shown in the <br /> <br />summaries of official reports, attached hereto and incorporated <br /> <br />herein by reference, labeled as follows: <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B) <br /> <br />Correspondence from <br />Building Inspector to <br />Building Official <br /> <br />(February 5, 1987) <br /> <br />EXHIBIT C) <br /> <br />Violation Notice issued <br />by Building Inspector <br /> <br />(January 29, 1987 & <br />February 23, 1987) <br /> <br />(February 13, 1987) <br /> <br />EXHIBIT D) <br /> <br />Report of Planner II <br /> <br />3. The owners of the building at 406 Cedar Street are <br /> <br />hereby directed to abate such public nuisance within thirty (30) <br /> <br />days from the date of this hearing by either (a) properly <br /> <br />reconstructing or repairing such building or (b) razing or <br /> <br />removing such building. <br /> <br />4.
