Work with architect to establish date of substantial completion <br />and to develop pune;. list of remaining work items. <br /> <br />11. In cooperation with City's maintenance personnel, direct and check <br />out utilities and equipment for readiness and assist in initial <br />start-up and testing. <br /> <br />12. Prepare necessary lJiJ material ['Jr purchase of draperies, <br />furnishings and other building items not included in the basic <br />construction contract. Receive and inspect furnishings. <br /> <br />13. Coordinate facil ity moves. <br />
