<br />~BS:djk 1/06/87 <br /> <br />(#18) <br /> <br />service for sewage emanating from the City and the Emerald Lake <br /> <br />Heights Sewer Maintenance District, shall be the source of <br /> <br />treatment capacity for sewage emanating from the Annexing <br /> <br />Territory, and treatment capacity rights allocated to the County <br /> <br />of San Mateo pursuant to the Capacity Agreement shall not be the <br /> <br />source of treatment capacity for the Annexing Territory. <br /> <br />3. The Annexing Territory is all that certain real property <br /> <br />si tuate in the County of San Mateo, State of California, more <br /> <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 12, in Block 304, as said Lot and Block are shown <br />on that certain map entitled "Map of Highlands of <br />Emerald Lake Subdivision No. 3 San Mateo County, <br />California", filed in the office of the Recorder of the <br />County of San Mateo, State of California, on November <br />15, 1926, and recorded in Block 14 of Maps at Pages 47, <br />48, 49, and 50. <br />(APN 057-262-070) <br /> <br />4. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />that certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />the County of San Mateo, and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer <br /> <br />Maintenance District entitled, "Supplemental Agreement No. 9 to <br /> <br />Agreement for Sewage Transmission, Treatment and Disposal of <br /> <br />Sani tary Sewerage By and Between the City of Redwood City, the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer <br /> <br />Maintenance District" in the form of Exhibit "I" hereof, attached <br /> <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />5.
