<br />For value received JOHN ANGELI and LUIGIA ANGELI, his wife,
<br />grant to the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of
<br />the State of California, all that real property situate in the
<br />City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California,
<br />described as follows:

<br />A portion of Lot 2, Block G, as said lot and block are
<br />designated on that map entitled "Woodside Acres Map
<br />No.1," recorded May 18, 1923, in the office of the
<br />Recorder of San Mateo County, California, in Book 11 of
<br />Maps at pages 34 and 35 being more particularly described
<br />as follows:

<br />BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of said Lot 2:
<br />THENCE, North 790 45' West along the southerly line of
<br />said Lot 2 a distance of 13.56 feet to a point, said
<br />point being in a curve of radius 50.00 feet: a radial
<br />line to said point bears South 860 28' 14" West: THENCE,
<br />northerly, along said curve concave right through a
<br />central angle of 590 21' 12" an arc distance of 51.80
<br />feet to the easterly line of said Lot 2: THENCE, South
<br />100 15' West along said easterly line a distance of
<br />47.62 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING

<br />portion of the owners' remaining property to the above
