RELATING TO SOILS TESTING AND <br />INSPECTION SERVICES FOR 1985-86 SIDEWALK REPAIR AND <br />TREE PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a consultant for <br /> <br />soils testing and inspection services for 1985-86 sidewalk repair <br /> <br />and tree project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Tejima <br /> <br />and Associates, Inc. of Redwood City, California to perform such <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />its approval for Tej ima and Associates, Inc. to provide the <br /> <br />abovementioned services to City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty and Tej ima and Associates, Inc. entitled "Agreement Soils <br /> <br />Testing and Inspection Services 1985-86 Sidewalk Repair and Tree <br /> <br />Project", attached hereto, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement, with attestation by the City Clerk, for and on behalf <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />..~ no <br />
