<br />""WC:sh <br /> <br />10/24/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10363 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />OCT 2 i( 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BID DOCUMENTS FOR SALE TO THE CITY <br />OF PRIVATE PROPERTY AND LEASE-BACK TO SELLER FOR HOME <br />FOR DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED; APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT <br />FORM; AND AUTHORIZING CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has been presented with bid documents <br /> <br />for the purchase by the City of Redwood City of the premises at <br /> <br />3631 Jefferson Avenue, and the lease-back of said premises to the <br /> <br />Seller for the purpose of constructing on said property a home <br /> <br />for the developmentally disabled; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has been presented with a lease <br /> <br />agreement form for the proposed lease-back of the property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve the aforementioned documents and authorize the City Clerk <br /> <br />to call for bids for the sale to the City and lease-back to the <br /> <br />Seller of the aforementioned premises; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />package <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />documents, <br /> <br />collectively <br /> <br />entitled "City of Redwood City - Redwood City, California - Sale <br /> <br />and Lease-Back of Land for Home for Developmentally Disabled" <br /> <br />consisting of Notice to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, <br /> <br />Proposal and Lease Agreement, a copy of which documents is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />10863 <br />
