<br />SWC:sh 9/30/86 <br />SWC:sh 10/17/86R <br /> <br />10360 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />OCT 27 1986 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR PROJECT COORDINATION AND INSPECTION SERVICES - CIVIC <br />CENTER IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires certain project <br /> <br />coordination and inspection services relating to Civic Center <br /> <br />improvements, and specifically, the Library Site Preparation <br /> <br />Project (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Angus Nelson Associates, Mt. Eden, California, <br /> <br />represents that it is qualified to furnish such expert services; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by <br /> <br />Angus Nelson Associates, and this Council desires to approve and <br /> <br />authorize its execution for and on behalf of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />Project <br /> <br />Coordination and Inspection - Civic Center Improvements" (form <br /> <br />dated 10/17/86R) by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and Angus Nelson <br /> <br />Associates providing for the furnishing of project coordination <br /> <br />and inspection services with respect to the Civic Center <br /> <br />improvements and Library Site Preparation Project, a copy of <br /> <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> <br />10360 <br />
