<br />r'S:sh <br /> <br />10/02/86 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />tJCT 6 1986 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0351 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND WILSEY & <br />HAM RELATING TO CONSTRUCTION OBSERVATION FOR STORM <br />DRAINAGE STRUCTURE AND BRIDGE REPAIR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a consultant for <br /> <br />construction observation for storm drainage structure and bridge <br /> <br />repair; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Wilsey & <br /> <br />Ham of Foster City, California to perform such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />its approval for Wilsey & Ham to provide the abovementioned <br /> <br />services to City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />and Wi I sey <br /> <br />& <br /> <br />Ham entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />Construction <br /> <br />Observation for Storm Drainage Structure and Bridge Repair", <br /> <br />(form dated 10/02/86) attached hereto, is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement, with attestation by the City Clerk, for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10:351 <br />
