0 R I G I N A L ~ 9/14/98 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13452 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROWNG AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF FUNDING AGREEMENT FOR THE WOODSIDE ROAD <br /> WIDENING PROJECT <br /> <br /> (SAN MATEO COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Funding Agreement," by and between <br />the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and <br />the San Mateo County Transportation Authority ("SMCTA"), a public agency of <br />the State of California, pursuant to which the SMCTA shall provide funding to <br />finance the Woodside Road Widening Project, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Reso-493 <br /> F\Shared/Redw0od/C0uncil <br /> DES:djk <br /> 09/02/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
