WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by the City <br />Council of the City of Redwood City an agreement for the conveyance of the <br />Bradford Street Property to the Agency; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to convey title to the Bradford Street Property <br />to the Agency to assist the Agency in proceeding with the exchange of <br />properties; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS; <br /> <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Between the City of <br />Redwood City and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City," by <br />and between the City of Redwood City and the Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Redwood City, a copy of which Agreement is on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk and to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute and attest thereto, respectively, the Agreement in a form <br />approved by the City Attorney's office and in substantial compliance with the <br />terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3.
