Possession of a valid California Class "C" driver's license. <br />. Possession of a California Department of Health Services D1-Grade <br />Water Distribution Operator certificate, or ability to obtain within 24 <br />months of employment. <br />. Possession of Association Grade I Wastewater Collection certificate within <br />two years of appointment. <br />. Possession of Certificate of Completion of USA marking course protocol <br />within 30 days of appointment. <br />.
