A typical way to obtain the knowledge and <br />abilities would be: <br /> <br />Experience: <br />Three years of increasing responsible experience in the delivery of <br />custodial services with two years of lead worker experience. <br /> <br />Trainina: <br />Equivalent to an Associate Degree from an accredited college. <br /> <br />Work experience may be substituted for the college requirement and is <br />evaluated on a case by case basis. <br /> <br />License or Certificate: <br />Possession of a valid California Driver's License. <br /> <br />Effective Date: <br />Bargaining Unit: <br /> <br />January, 2007 <br />Redwood City Management Employees Association <br /> <br />3 <br />
