A typical way to <br />obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: <br /> <br />Experience: <br /> <br />Three years of increasingly responsible clerical experience, including <br />at least one year in a public agency personnel office. Applicants <br />~/ithout this one year of specialized experience may apply and may be <br />appointed as an Administrative Clerk II until such experience is <br />acquired. <br /> <br />Education: <br /> <br />Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade, supplemented by <br />specialized secretarial courses. <br /> <br />License or Certificate <br /> <br />Must possess a valid California Driver's License. <br />
