<br />SWC:sh 9/05/86 <br /> <br />SEP 8 1986 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~ o. 1 0 :-l ~ 3 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN MATEO COUNTY <br />CONVENTION AND VISITORS BUREAU FOR PROMOTIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty and the San Mateo County Convention and Visitors Bureau <br /> <br />entitled II Amendment to Agreement Between San Mateo County <br /> <br />Convention and Visitors Bureau and the City of Redwood City for <br /> <br />Promotional Services" (form dated 9/5/86), for the furnishing of <br /> <br />certain community promotional services, a copy of which agreement <br /> <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />.:;>j <br />.O~OO <br />.'-: ,:} ~ _~ ,.~ ."l <br />
