That certain "Quitclaim Deed" offered to the City by <br /> <br />Campeau Corporation California, for levee purposes, a copy of <br /> <br />which deed lS on file in the office of the City Clerk and to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />3. The public service easements referred to in paragraph 1 <br /> <br />and 2, respectively, have superseded by relocation the hereinafter <br /> <br />described portions of a public service easement which this <br /> <br />Council finds is thereby no longer needed, and hereby orders said <br /> <br />portion of the public service easement summarily vacated. <br /> <br />4. Those portions of the public service easement hereby <br /> <br />vacated are described on Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto and <br /> <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />5. The order of vacation hereby made shall not be <br /> <br />effective until the easements accepted by this Council pursuant <br /> <br />to paragraphs 1 and 2 of this resolution have been recorded in <br /> <br />the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County. <br /> <br />6. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause this <br /> <br />resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of <br /> <br />San Mateo County by delivering a certified copy of this <br /> <br />resolution and order to First American Title Insurance Company as <br /> <br />escrow agent under that certain Escrow Agreement dated July 21, <br /> <br />1986 by and between Redwood Shores, Inc, Campeau Corporation <br /> <br />..., <br />"- <br />
