EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF SAN FRANCISCO <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2002-2003 <br /> <br /> CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br /> <br />OVERALL OBJECTIVE <br />To provide information, consultations, and assistance to 745 <br />families, approximately half or 373 of whom live in Redwood City. <br /> <br />SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: <br />To conduct at least four workshops on issues of importance to the <br />Redwood City community, such as changes in immigration law, <br />access to education, immigrant rights, leadership development, <br />and civic participation. An estimated 110 participants will be <br />served. <br />To provide comprehensive consultation to 500 families. <br />To provide legal services to 55 families leading to family <br />reunification. <br />To provide legal services to 80 families leading to work <br />authorization. <br /> <br /> <br />
