<br />SWC:sh 8/29/86 <br /> <br />SEP. . 8.198b <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER TEWCI SENIOR CENTER <br />FEASIBILITY STUDY <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1 '0 3 21 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires consulting <br /> <br />services for the Fair Oaks Community Center - TEWCI Senior Center <br /> <br />feasibility study; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Grant-Loggins <br /> <br />Partnership, <br /> <br />San <br /> <br />Francisco, <br /> <br />California, represents that it is qualified to furnish such <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by <br /> <br />Grant-Loggins Partnership, and this Council desires to approve <br /> <br />and authorize its execution for and on behalf of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Preparation <br /> <br />of a Feasibility Study for Fair Oaks Community Center - TEWCI <br /> <br />Senior Center" (form dated 8/29/86) by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, and Grant-Loggins Partnership, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10321 <br />
