RELATING TO SOILS TESTING AND <br />INSPECTION SERVICES FOR 1986-87 WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a consultant for <br /> <br />soils testing and inspection services during the installation of <br /> <br />the 1986-87 Water Main Improvement Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage PSC <br /> <br />Associates, Inc. of Mountain View, California to perform such <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />approval <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />PSC <br /> <br />Associates, <br /> <br />Inc. <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />provide <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />abovementioned services to City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and PSC Associates, Inc. entitled "Agreement Soils Testing <br /> <br />and Inspection Services 1986-87 Water Main Improvement Project", <br /> <br />attached hereto, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement, with <br /> <br />attestation by the City Clerk, for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10:310 <br />
