<br />T)AS:djk 8/15/86 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />1. This Council finds that the hereinafter described <br /> <br /> <br />public service (overhang) easement has not been used for the <br /> <br /> <br />purpose for which it was dedicated or acquired for a period in <br /> <br />excess of five consecutive years immediately preceding the <br /> <br /> <br />proposed vacation and that said easement is not needed; and <br /> <br /> <br />hereby orders said public service (overhang) easement summarily <br /> <br />vacated. <br /> <br />2. The portions of the public service (overhang) easement <br /> <br /> <br />hereby vacated are described on Exhibits "A" and "B" attached <br /> <br /> <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />3.
