Jones <br />1006 Arguello street <br />Redwood City, California 94063 <br /> <br />Subject: 1006 Arguello street <br />APN 052-255-080 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Jones: <br /> <br />On January 16, 1986, your application for an architectural <br />permit, to add a third story greenhouse and sun deck, was <br />denied by the Zoning Administrator. It was noted that all <br />portions of the building previously constructed without a <br />building permit shall be removed. <br /> <br />As of April 7, 1986, the illegal structures still remain. If <br />the structures are not removed by April 21, 1986, as per <br />Section 9.3 of the Redwood City Ordinance, a citation will be <br />issued. If the structures remain as of May 1, 1986, a second <br />citation will be issued and a letter sent to the City <br />Attorney for abatement proceedings. <br /> <br />If I may be of any help in providing a demolition permit, <br />please feel free to contact me. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Jerome J.
