<br />SWC:djc 8/04/86 <br /> <br />ORIGINP\L <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 029 9 <br /> <br />AUG 1 8 1966 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF TWIN DOLPHIN DRIVE IN <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF <br />DIVISION 9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing at <br /> <br />~8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br /> <br />State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City by <br /> <br />its Resolution No. 10257, adopted July 21, 1986, declared its <br /> <br />intention to vacate the hereinafter described portion of Twin <br /> <br />Dolphin Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the described <br /> <br />portion of Twin Dolphin Drive has been published and posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> <br />hereinafter described portion of Twin Dolphin Drive is no longer <br /> <br />needed for street purposes, and hereby orders said portion of <br /> <br />Twin Dolphin Drive vacated. <br /> <br />2. The portion of Twin Dolphin Dtive hereby vacated is <br /> <br />more particularly described in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and <br /> <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />3.
