To build organizational excellence, <br /> <br />b. To provide the highest quality of public services, <br /> <br />c. To enrich the careers of employees through training and <br /> <br />development, <br /> <br />d. To create positive work incentives and to reward <br /> <br />employees for exceptional work, and <br /> <br />e. To improve communications across departmental lines; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />for trust and respect, the need for growth and aChievements, the <br /> <br />and set of values based upon the perceived needs of human beings <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Quality of Work Life Process is a philosophy <br /> <br />mutual benefit of all concerned; and <br /> <br />acknowledgement that cooperative problem-solving can work to the <br /> <br />recognition that people are capable of self-management, and the <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Quality of Work Life Process can benefit <br /> <br />Redwood City by promoting organizational excellence, improving <br /> <br />10298 <br />
