<br />(7-1-86) <br /> <br />10285 <br />B_~_~_Q_~_Y_I_I_Q_H__H_Q~ <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />AUG 4 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH LEGAL AID SOCIETY OF SAN MATEO COUNTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County has been established <br />for the principal purpose of providing free legal assistance to seniors <br /> <br />and families of modest income who live in San Mateo County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Legal Aid Society of San Hateo County has requested <br /> <br />financial assistance for use by it in conducting its activities during <br /> <br />the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1986 and ending June 30, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said requests and <br /> <br />desires to pay to Legal Aid Society of San Hateo County the sum of TWO <br /> <br />THOUSAND FIVE-HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($2,500.00); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br />agreement between the City of Redwood and Legal Aid Society of San Hateo <br /> <br />County, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve <br /> <br />the same; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />lQ'}'81"'" <br />.1 . ,'v V <br />
