<br />ORJGI NAL <br /> <br />(7-1-86) <br /> <br />B_~_~_Q_~_Y_I_I_Q_H__H_Q~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH HERBERT HOOVER BOY'S & GIRL'S CLUB, INC. <br /> <br />10284 <br /> <br />AUG <br /> <br />4 1986 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Herbert Hoover Boy's & Girl's Club, Inc. has been <br />established for the principal purpose of providing a recreational <br /> <br />and educational program for youth in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Herbert Hoover Boy's & Girl's Club has requested <br /> <br />financial assistance for use by it in conducting its activities during <br /> <br />the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1986 and ending June 30, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has re~iewed said requests and <br /> <br />desires to pay to Herbert Boy's & Girl's Club, Inc. the sum of FIVE <br /> <br />THOUSAND AND NO/tOO Dollars ($5,000.00); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br /> <br />agreement between the City of Redwood and the Herbert Hoover Boy's and <br /> <br />GIrl's Club, Inc. and it is the intentIon and desIre of this Council <br /> <br />to approve the same; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />10284 <br />
