<br />DAS:sh 7/30/86 <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City pursuant to which the City of Redwood <br />agrees and consents to pay approximately Twelve Thousand and <br />No/100 Dollars ($12,000.00) including contract change orders and <br />other incidentals and overhead expenses incurred by County (said <br />incidental and overhead expenses shall not exceed six percent <br />(6%) of the construction costs incurred by County for resurfacing <br />Jefferson within the City of Redwood City unless authorized by <br />City in writing); and <br />WHEREAS, the agreement describing the responsibilities of <br />the City and County of San Mateo has been presented to this <br />Council for its approval; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That the agreement by and between the City of Redwood City <br />and the County of San Mateo, a copy which is presently on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is made for <br />the full particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof, <br />is hereby approved; and the Mayor is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
