17. LOBBYING PROHIBITING. Funds provided under this Agreement will not <br />be used by Contractor for publicity or propaganda purposes designed to support or <br />defeat legislation pending before federal, state, or local government. <br /> <br /> 18. RELIGIOUS ACTIVITY PROHIBITED. There will be no religious worship, <br />instruction or proselytizing' as apart of, or in connection with the performance of this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br /> 19. NOTICES. GENEF~\L COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. Contractor will keep fully informed <br />of federal, state and local laws and ordinances and regulations which in any manner <br />affect those employed by Contractor, or in any way affect the performance of the <br />Program by Contractor. Contractor will at all times observe and comply with these laws, <br />ordinances, and regulations and will be responsible for the compliance of Contractor's <br />services with all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations. <br /> <br /> 21. JURISDICTIONS AND VENUE. Any action at law or in equity brought by <br />either of the Parties for the purpose of enforcing a right or rights provided for by this <br />Agreement will be tried in a court of competent jurisdiction in the County of San Mateo, <br />State of California, and the Parties waive all provisions of law providing for a change of <br />venue in these proceedings to any other county. <br /> <br /> <br />
