<br />DAS:sh 7/30/86 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />AUG 4 1986 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. 10272 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 20 UNDER MASTER AGREEMENT FOR <br />FEDERAL-AID PROJECT NO. 4-5935 FOR MAIN STREET BRIDGE <br />CROSSING REDWOOD CREEK RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on May 15, 1979, the City of Redwood City entered <br /> <br />into a Master Agreement for Federal-Aid Project No. 4-5935 <br /> <br />("Master Agreement") with the State of California; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council seeks in accordance with Paragraph 2 of <br /> <br />Article II of the aforementioned agreement, funding for Main <br /> <br />Street Bridge Crossing Redwood Creek Reconstruction Project; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Execution of Program Supplement No. 20, (Exhibit II A" <br /> <br />attached hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein as if <br /> <br />set out in full herein), under Master Agreement is hereby <br /> <br />authorized in order to secure the necessary funds for the <br /> <br />reconstruction of the Main Street Bridge which crosses Redwood <br /> <br />Creek between Bradford and Veterans Boulevard. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />take all necessary or appropriate action to execute Program <br /> <br />Supplement No. 20 under Master Agreement. <br /> <br />lO~72 <br />
