Goldman <br />1911 Alameda de las Pulgas <br />Redwood City, CA 94061 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Goldman: <br /> <br />Subject: <br /> <br />Substandard housing conditions at 1911 Alameda <br />de 1as Pu1gas, City of Redwood City - APN 069-191-140 <br /> <br />Upon request by the Redwood City Police Department, a <br />site inspection was conducted on July 15, 1986 at 1911 <br />Alameda de las Pulgas, Redwood City by Police Sargent <br />Mike E. Turturici; Dick Schouten, Assistant City Attorney; <br />Jerry Schnell, Building Inspection; Mike Wheelwright, <br />City Planner; Debbie Jones, Housing Coordinator; and Rodney <br />Santos, Battalion Chief Redwood City Fire Department. <br /> <br />The site inspection as prompted by neighborhood complaints <br />regarding substandard housing conditions existing on the <br />property. <br /> <br />This letter is to advise you that you are in violation <br />of Health and Safety Code Section 17920.3 and their required <br />corrections is attached. <br /> <br />The inspection revealed that the vacant house is unsound <br />and that it constitutes a public nuisance. Any building <br />or portion thereof including any dwelling unit, guest <br />room or suite of rooms on the premises on which the same <br />is located in which there exists any of the following <br />listed conditions to an extent that endangers the life, <br />limb, health, property, safety, or welfare of the public <br />or the occupants thereof shall be deemed and hereby declared <br />to be a substandard building.
