The Building at 1911 Alameda de las Pulgas is determined <br /> <br />to be a public nuisance because such building would endanger the <br /> <br />life, health, property and safety of any occupants of such <br /> <br />building and affects the health and safety of the neighborhood <br /> <br />and persons in the surrounding vicinity of such structure. <br /> <br />2. The owners of the building at 1911 Alameda de las PUlgas <br /> <br />are hereby directed to abate such public nuisance within thirty <br /> <br />(30) days from the date of this hearing by either (a) properly <br /> <br />reconstructing or repairing such bUilding or (b) razing or <br /> <br />removing such bUilding. <br /> <br />4. The owners of such building are hereby notified that <br /> <br />unless the owners abate such nuisance within such thirty (30) day <br /> <br />period the building will be razed or removed by the City and all <br /> <br />2 <br />
