<br />DAS:sh 7/28/86 <br /> <br />(b) As evidenced by Exhibit "B", the utility building <br />has been constructed, exists or is being maintained in <br />violation of the City zoning ordinance and housing <br />regulations. (~9.5(a) (12)). <br />2. The owners of the building at 757 Douglas Avenue are <br />hereby directed to abate such public nuisance within thirty (30) <br />days from the date of this hearing by either (a) properly <br />constructing or repairing such building or (b) razing or removing <br />such building. <br />3.
