The field inspection revealed that the utility <br />building is being used as a dwelling unit. This dwelling unit <br />is illegal and in violation of Section 5.3 Accessory Uses, of <br />the Zoning Ordinance, and Section 1001(0) Improper Occupancy, <br />of the Uniform Housing Code. Therefore, the illegal unit must <br />be vacated immediately, and the wall furnace removed. <br /> <br />Attached are communications to this office from the County of <br />San Mateo, Department of Health Services, dated June 18, 1985, <br />and from the City's Housing Office, dated January 16, 1986, <br />regarding the subject property.
