<br />C:WC:sh 3/21/86 <br />IC:sh 8/04/86R <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The buildings at 86 and 90 Central Avenue are determined <br /> <br />to be a public nuisance because such buildings are in a <br /> <br />dilapidated condition, present a potential attractive nuisance, <br /> <br />and affect the health and safety of the neighborhood and persons <br /> <br />in the surrounding vicinity of such structures. <br /> <br />2. The specific findings supporting the determination that <br /> <br />such building constitute a public nuisance are shown in the <br /> <br />Building Department report, labeled "Exhibit B", attached hereto <br /> <br />and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />3. The owners of the buildings at 86 and 90 Central Avenue <br /> <br />are hereby directed to abate such public nuisance within thirty <br /> <br />(30) days from the date of this hearing by either (a) properly <br /> <br />constructing or repairing such buildings or (b) razing or <br /> <br />removing such buildings. <br /> <br />4. The owners of such buildings are hereby notified that <br /> <br />unless the owners abate such nuisance within such thirty (30) day <br /> <br />period the buildings will be razed or removed by the City and all <br /> <br />expenses thereof shall be made a lien on the property at 86 and <br /> <br />90 Central Avenue (APN 059-094-100) in accordance with the <br /> <br />provisions of Section 9.8 of the Redwood City Code. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
