<br />SWC:sh 7/16/86 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10257 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUl 2 I 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF TWIN <br />DOLPHIN DRIVE IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, <br />STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE; SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR <br />HEARING ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN OR OBJECTING TO THE <br />PROPOSED VACATION; AND ORDERING POSTING OF NOTICE OF <br />SUCH PROPOSED VACATION <br /> <br />Redwood City, is no longer needed for street purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a portion of Twin Dolphin Drive in the City of <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City intends to <br /> <br />vacate said portion of Twin Dolphin Drive pursuant to the <br /> <br />of the Streets and Highways Code; <br /> <br />provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 (commencing with Section 8300) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />vacation pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 <br /> <br />a portion of Twin Dolphin Drive and elects to proceed with such <br /> <br />1. The City Council hereby declares its intention to vacate <br /> <br />(commencing with Section 8300) of the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />public is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached <br /> <br />2. The portion of Twin Dolphin Drive to be vacated and the <br /> <br />Chambers, 401 Marshall Street, Redwood City, California, is the <br /> <br />the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m., in the Board of Supervisors <br /> <br />3.
