<br />SWC:djc 7/01/86 <br /> <br />10250 <br /> <br />ORIGiNAL <br />JUL 7 1986 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />WITH REDWOOD SHORES HOTEL ASSOCIATION REGARDING MAINTENANCE <br />OF SLOPE AND WATER QUALITY OF LAGOON FRONTAGE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Redwood Shores Hotel Association ("Developer") is <br /> <br />the owner of property commonly known as 223 Twin Dolphin Drive in <br /> <br />the Redwood Shores Area of the City of Redwood City, hereinafter <br /> <br />referred to as "the Development"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Developer has requested, and City's Zoning <br /> <br />Administrator has approved a Planned Development Permit for the <br /> <br />above mentioned property, subject to certain conditions (PDP No. <br /> <br />10322-6, approved March 26, 1986); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, one of the conditions of approval of the above <br /> <br />mentioned Planned Development Permit, as set forth therein, is <br /> <br />the following: "The Developer shall maintain the slope and water <br /> <br />quality along the lagoon frontage of the Development and enter <br /> <br />into an agreement with the City for the maintenance of the slope <br /> <br />and water quality [of the lagoon] as directed by the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City" ( item 4); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br /> <br />ment in fulfillment of the aforesaid condition, and it is the <br /> <br />intent of this Council to approve said agreement and to authorize <br /> <br />its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />0,250 <br />
