<br />DES:djc 6/19/86 <br /> <br />APN 058-244-010 (Lands of Melendez) <br />APN 058-244-020 (Lands of Hewes) <br />APN 058-244-050 (Lands of Marcus) <br />APN 058-244-060 (Lands of Maschewski) <br />APN 058-244-070 (Lands of Kolby) <br />APN 058-244-090 (Lands of Grenier & Zieminski) <br />APN 058-244-100 (Lands of Hagen) <br />APN 058-244-120 (Lands of Melcher) <br />APN 058-040-370 (Lands of Gustafson); and <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said requests and is <br />willing to consent to said annexations in accordance with the <br />terms and conditions hereof; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. This Council hereby consents to the annexation of the <br />hereinafter described real property to the Oak Knoll Sewer <br />Maintenance District subject to all terms and conditions of the <br />Services Agreement and to payment of all appropriate sewer <br />connection fees and other charges. <br />2. This Council hereby determines and declares that, and <br />as a further condition to the consent to annexation herein <br />granted, treatment of sewage emanating from the hereinafter <br />described property shall be provided under sanitary sewerage <br />treatment capacity rights allocated to the County of San Mateo <br />pursuant to the Capacity Agreement. <br /> <br />2 <br />
