<br />DAS:sh 6/12/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.I0238 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUN I 6 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR WATER & STREET <br />DIVISIONS' SELECTED MATERIALS (SAND, AGGREGATE, PEA <br />GRAVEL AND FINES [ROAD FILLER]) 1986-87; AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for Water & Street Divisions' selected materials <br /> <br />(sand, aggregate, pea gravel and fines [road filler]) ("Selected <br /> <br />Materials") in order to maintain public streets in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such <br /> <br />Selected Materials; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Special <br /> <br />Provisions for the Purchase of Redwood City's Water and Street <br /> <br />Divisions' Selected Materials 1986-87 Sand, Aggregate, Pea Gravel <br /> <br />and Fines in the City of Redwood City, California", including all <br /> <br />plans and drawings referenced therein, prepared in the office of <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br />2.
