<br />DAS:sh 6/12/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10237 <br /> <br />OR\G\NAL <br />JUN 1 6 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR PURCHASE OF <br />ASPHALT CONCRETE MATERIALS IN 1986-87 AND AUTHORIZING <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for purchase of asphalt concrete materials in <br /> <br />order to maintain public streets in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such <br /> <br />purchase of asphalt conctete materials; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Special <br /> <br />Provisions for the Purchase of Redwood City's Water and Street <br /> <br />Division's Selected Material Asphalt Concrete 1986-87 Fiscal Year <br /> <br />in the City of Redwood City, California", including all plans and <br /> <br />drawings referenced therein, prepared in the office of the <br /> <br />Director of Public Works and on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
